The Governor has ordered a stay at home order and listed pet care and supplies as essential. I have lost many hours of sleep over this decision and had many conversations with staff. They feel very strongly that we should remain open to help in any way we can. I have agreed to give this a try with the following changes:

NEW HOURS: Monday through Friday from 6:30am to 6:30pm, we have shortened Saturday and will be open from 10:00am to 2:00pm with NO DAYCARE. We are closed on Sunday. We will be staffed in our boarding kennel taking excellent care of the dogs in our facility, but the store will remain closed on Sunday.

New Daycare Drop-Off Procedure: When you come in to drop your dog off, the staff will walk you through our new procedure. You will be asked to remove your dog’s leash and collar and send them down to daycare and take your leash/collar with you. Same at the end of the day, we will send your dogs to you and you will leash them up. This way we can keep practicing social distancing during drop-off and pick-up.

Payment: Please consider paying over the phone or putting a credit card on file with us so that you don’t need to stop at the desk. If you do pay at the desk, please rest assured that the staff is disinfecting the credit card pin pad after every use. We will not ask you to sign your credit card slip during this time.

Boarding: We are here for you if you need us. We are trying to keep boarding reservations to as few as possible, but if you need the service we can help. Please do not bring anything from home other than food. We will not be accepting dog beds, blankets, toys or big bags of belongings during this time.

Grooming: We have cancelled all grooming appointments at this time. If your dog is staying with us in daycare or boarding and we have a groomer staffed that day, we can offer baths and nails. This service will be announced inside the store. We are not offering any walk in services such as nail trims.

Tub Room: Is closed until at least May 4th.

Pet Supplies: We will keep our best selling foods in stock for you for as long as we can get them from our distributor. If you need something from the store you can call us, pay over the phone and we will bring it out to your car for you. You can come inside to shop but please practice social distancing with anyone inside the building including staff. If you need home delivery, please give us a call.

Stay safe everyone. We will get through this together.

This is great news. As a doctor I cannot shelter at home as I have patients to take care of. Thanks for all you do.

Thank you! As a pharmacist I cannot stay home either, and my spouse is an Executive Director of a Long Term Care facility. His 100+ residents rely on him to keep them safe and well.

I like the new drop off/pick up procedures. Keep yourselves safe and keep smiling!

Thank you so much for being there for us and our 12 paws!

Yes, our tub room is open. You need to bring your own supplies (shampoo, towels & brushes). The dryers are available. We are only allowing one person at a time inside the tub room. We do have tools & shampoo available for purchase if you need.
