Cost of Goods What? Huh?

Man oh man I had my head inside a spread sheet for about 7 hours today and I just don’t know how accountants do that day in and day out.  Man! Kudos to the bean counters in the world!

Today was projections day and I am getting some amazing help from the New Hampshire Small Business Development Center. I think that Chris Duffy might actually be a genius.  It’s true.  For 7 years many have tried and failed to explain the concept of cost of goods sold. I just don’t get it.  I have stumbled through financials and spreadsheets for years.  Today the light bulb finally came on and I get it.  Thank you Chris for not giving up today, it had to be rough. OH MY GOD I get it!  I’m so happy!

My new projections are so good and so right I can’t even stand myself.  I still have some work to do on notes, but they are just about ready to hit the bank.
