Daycare Schedule Changes

Effective Thursday, October 17, 2019

Our daycare has grown so much over the years and we thank you all so much for trusting us with your beloved dogs.   At this time, we need to change to a fully scheduled daycare and can no longer accept walk-in daycare appointments. It has always been our intention to keep our daycare groups at a manageable size so that your dogs can play safely.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU?

  • All dogs with regular schedules:  Please be sure that we know what your dog’s regular schedule is and make sure that we have it correctly in our system.  The very best way to do this is to email us at info@k9kaos.com.  As you know, our front desk is always busy, so asking the staff at the desk to do this is not ideal.  Email is going to be the best way for us to keep track of this initial schedule building process. It is also very important that you cancel your dog’s scheduled daycare with a text or an email if you will not be coming in for your regularly scheduled day/s.
  • All dogs that normally drop in: From this point forward, you must get a confirmation that we have room on the day you want to come in.  Please use our text line at 603-534-2911 to request the morning of and wait for a response before coming in.  As a second way to request drop-in daycare you can email us at info@k9kaos.com.  We do not recommend calling for drop in daycare, since we normally can not answer the volume of calls coming in during our busy drop in hours. If you are calling at least 24 hours before the day you want to drop-off then a voice mail will be okay.
  • For dogs that like to book a week at a time:  Please email or text us your dog’s schedule at the beginning of each week and we will confirm once your dog is booked.  Text: 603-534-2911 Email: info@k9kaos.com

Once our daycare max has been met, we will post on our Facebook page daily letting you know that either our daycare is full or if we have openings left for that day.  Please like our Facebook page facebook.com/k9kaosdogs.

In addition to the schedule change we would also like to request that each dog arrive for daycare before 9:30am.  It can be difficult on the dogs coming in late to join a group that has been formed for several hours.  Again, just another way to create a safe and happy play environment for your dog.

As a recap:  Please use TEXT as your first form of communication, EMAIL as your second choice and phone as your LAST CHOICE.  This will help our desk staff out very much during this transition.

TEXT:  603-534-2911 • EMAIL: info@k9kaos.com • FACEBOOK:  www.facebook.com/k9kaosdogs

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding during this time.  It is important to note that if you drop in with your dog and we are full that day, daycare will not be available for your dog.  We will be able to offer day boarding for the day if needed.

Thank you for this good to know information!

What time of day (ie 5am/6am) can we begin texting for same day ‘drop in’ daycare?
My work schedule is fluid so I can’t take advantage of scheduling.
Thank you for all you do!!

    Sincerely, Maria

Hi Maria, You can text us any time in the morning. We open at 7am and will reply as soon as we are here in the building. We may know the night before how many spots we will have open for the next day and we will post that info on Facebook. We will be able to accommodate some drop in appointments just about every day. Thanks so much! Anne

Hi, Anne. Thanks for getting back to me. I should clarify, forgive me. I want to be able to drop him off at 7am, same day. I would need a text back by 6:30am in order to do so. I’m thinking that’s probably not feasible based upon your response. What are your thoughts? Thank you.
